Impressive nature photos

Patch readers have recently submitted some beautiful nature images. Here are some highlights.

David W. Heiser is the first with this photo of a box turtle in his front yard in North Potomac. Heiser said “it went crazy with a fresh strawberry.” He captured the moment with his iPhone 7 on May 16.

Mallory Furry sent us this photo of a fox in her garden in Marriottsville.

“We have 5 kits living under our neighbor’s shed and they are so photogenic,” Furry told Patch in an email. “Spring is my favorite time of year with all the baby animals.”
