On Thursday October 7, 2021, after contracting COVID-19, Susan Ebert returned home in the presence of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Susan is survived by her husband of 20 years, David Ebert; and her beloved children, Jesse, Sarah and Jeremy.
Susan was born in Harding on April 7, 1959, to her parents, Joseph and Deloris Kastolonis. Sue worked as a law enforcement officer and county correctional officer. She was also a black belt in karate and a die-hard fan of the Green Bay Packers. She also loved her pet cat, Sylvester, and her beloved pet dog, Rocky.
Susan’s greatest passion was her family and her Lord Jesus Christ. She became an active member of Living Hope Bible Church and has been involved in a number of ministries including children’s ministry, prayer groups, communion meals, secret friends, and the board of directors. Sue especially enjoyed serving others and sharing her faith. She was a true gift from God and will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
A special memorial service will be held in his honor at 10 am on Saturday, October 30, at Living Hope Bible Church, 35 S. Main St., Plains Twp. A light fraternity meal will be offered afterwards.
All commemorative contributions can be donated to the Living Hope Bible Church.
